Safety & Health Policy
It is our policy to provide safe and healthy working conditions and to establish and insist upon safe practices at all times, by all employees and subcontractors.
Incident/accident prevention, and adherence to all regulations set forth in National, State and Local standards pertaining to our industry, shall be considered of primary importance in all phases of operation and administration.
Safety Responsibility
Safety shall be everyone's responsibility.
Continuous Vigilance
In view of constantly changing job site conditions, management and employees must be alert to potential hazards as the job progresses, and proactive measures to prevent mishaps shall be adopted.
Training & Awareness
Periodic company-wide meetings shall be held for safety awareness and appropriate safety training shall be provided for the employees and subcontractors on need basis.
Safety Equipment
The Company shall issue ensure equipment, i.e. hard-hats, safety belts, etc.
Performance Review
Individual employees' safety performance shall be reviewed while deciding their career advancement.
