Vraj, a diversified full-service contractor has been providing its clients with general contracting services for more than four decades. The demand for quality contractors skilled at planning, building, and commissioning schedule-driven, fast-tracked projects has brought us to the forefront. We are capable of performing a variety of work with our own forces including structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication, multistorey concrete forming and placement, heavy foundations, specialized concrete floors, roads, ET P tanks, concrete repairs and restoration, demolition and much more.

Design Built

The design-build process is one that can potentially bring great value to an owner - so long as it is done right. Fortunately, Vraj is one of the country's most experienced design-build contractors.

Our collaborative approach with construction professionals fulfills multiple parallel objectives to the design process by providing input on functionality, constructability, aesthetics, cost control, and schedule management.

Project Management(PM)

Our Construction PM services functions as an agent to improve and control the quality, cost and schedule of a project for the Owner's benefit. We represent the interests of Owners and Developers by managing a timely, cost-efficient, and high quality construction project including procedures and policies for a multi-project building program.

Heavy Engineering and Manufacturing

For past 10 years, our expertise has been constructing 'big' industrial facilities requiring greater or more advanced resources. We have constructed heavy Turbines, Transformers, Automobiles, Electrical SubStations and other facilities having greater than 1 5,000 m2 of manufacturing space, 2000 m3 of concreting machine foundations, Structural Steel requiring 350 TN of Gantry, and building up to height of 35 mts.

Chemical & Petrochemicals Industries

For over 8 years, our experience spans the entire infrastructure required for the chemical factories. Our scope has included Utilities Rooms, Tank Foundations, Pipe Racks, and Control Rooms.

Pharmaceuticals Industries

Our management staff understands the various challenges and requirements for clean rooms and other validated spaces. Our experience enables us to deploy the knowledge to install clean facilities, special coatings, modular structures, specialized floorings and ceiling, and other special process systems.

Vraj's extensive experience and expertise has powered the progress in the Real estate segment. Since our debut in 10 to construct the then tallest building in Gujarat, We have executed a number of homes and commercial complexes, multi-store buildings.
